EXPECT BALLOTS ABOUT 25 DAYS PRIOR TO ELECTION
If you applied for and voted by mail-in ballot in the Primary Election, and if you checked the box on the application requesting mail-in ballots for the rest of the year, there is no need to apply again. Unsure whether you have already applied? Before you apply again, check your status on Online/Absentee Ballot Tracking (pa.gov). With your name, your birthdate, and your county, you can see where you are in the process of applying for a mail-in or absentee ballot. The online ballot tracking page will show you when an application was processed for your ballot and will give its status. Voters whose applications have been processed and approved will see a status reading: PEND - NOT YET RETURNED. This status will change to RECORD - BALLOT RETURNED when you vote and return your ballot. By state law, ballots are not counted until Election Day. Typically, ballots are finalized and mailed to voters about 25 days prior to election day. Due to legal challenges and pending court action, ballots are not finalized at this time. When ballots are mailed, this newsletter will share that news. PLEASE NOTE: Absentee and mail-in ballots cannot be forwarded to a second address through the mail. Please provide the address you will be at approximately 25 days before the election as your mailing address when you apply.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! SHARE FEEDBACK ON VOTING
We want to hear from you! Voters are asked to help inform decision-making regarding the November General Election by participating in an 8-question survey asking about their voting preferences and experiences.
The survey is hosted on an internal county platform. It will be offered to the general public via the County Executive’s social media pages (Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn) as well as this newsletter. Each participant may take the survey once.
If you’d like to encourage others to give their input, you can do so by forwarding this email.
The survey will close on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Between now and then, you can find it here.

MAKE A PLAN TO VOTE: CHECK YOUR POLLING LOCATION
More than 40 polling locations have changed since the April Primary Election. Sixteen of these changes represent the return of voting to locations that were unavailable in April due to a scheduling conflict with Passover.
You can check on your polling place here. Changed locations are highlighted in yellow. Locations that will be changing are highlighted in red.
You’ll need your municipality, ward, and district to identify your polling place. If you don't have that information, you can find it here.
