ELECTION TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025; VERIFY YOUR POLLING PLACE LOCATION

If you plan to vote in person on Tuesday, November 4, you can check on your polling place location here.

Changed locations, of which there are 23, are highlighted in yellow. You’ll need your municipality, ward, and district to identify your polling place. If you don't have that information, you can find it here.

Voters whose polling place has moved will be notified by mail of the new polling place address. Former polling places are identified on Election Day by posters directing voters to the new location.

Polling places are open from 7 AM to 8 PM. Voters in line at 8 PM will be allowed to vote.

SATELLITE VOTING AVAILABLE 10 AM TO 2 PM OCTOBER 25 & 26, 2025

Satellite offices offer voters the opportunity to request a mail-in ballot, vote it on the spot, and return it to elections division staff on-site. Voters may also pick up a ballot and take it home to complete, returning it by mail or by taking it to a ballot return location. (See the article below for more on ballot return.) Voters may also return completed mail-in ballots at satellite locations.

For the 2025 Municipal General Election the following satellite locations will be in operation on Saturday and Sunday, October 25th and 26th, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

  • Community College of Allegheny County - Homewood, 701 N. Homewood Avenue, Pittsburgh 15208

  • North Park Ice Rink, 1200 Pearce Mill Road, Wexford 15090

  • South Park Ice Rink, 30 Corrigan Drive, Bethel Park 15102

  • County Office Building, 542 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh 15219

Additionally, the County Office Building lobby will be open during regular business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, to receive returned ballots and to allow voters to apply for a mail-in ballot and vote it on the spot, or take it to fill out and return later. The last day to take advantage of this service is October 28, which is the last day to apply for a mail-in ballot.

Reminders:

1. Photography and filming inside of voting and ballot return locations is prohibited.

2. Voters may return only their own ballots. No one may return a ballot for another voter unless they also provide a completed designated agent form.

BALLOT RETURN OCTOBER 31 TO NOVEMBER 2, 2025

Ballot Return Sites are open during the days just before Election Day, and after the deadline to request a mail-in ballot (October 28) is past. Each voter may return their own mail-in ballot to these sites, which are staffed by election division employees. This is an important service for voters who have reservations about relying on mail delivery close to Election Day.

For the 2025 Municipal General Election, ballot return sites listed below will be open the following dates and times: 11 AM to 7 PM on Friday, October 31, and Monday, November 3; 9 AM to 5 PM Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2.

  • Allegheny County Emergency Services Building, 150 Hookstown Grade Road, Coraopolis, 15108

  • Boyce Park Four Seasons Lodge, 901 Centerview Drive, Plum 15239

  • Carnegie Public Library – Squirrel Hill, 5801 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh 15217

  • North Park Ice Rink, 1200 Pearce Mill Road, Wexford 15090

  • South Park Ice Rink, 30 Corrigan Drive, Bethel Park 15102

  • Dormont Pool, 1801 Dormont Avenue, Pittsburgh 15216

  • Community College of Allegheny County - Homewood, 701 N. Homewood Avenue, Pittsburgh 15208

  • Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, 1 N. Linden Street, Duquesne 15110

  • Avalon Public Library, 317 S. Home Avenue, Pittsburgh 15202

In addition to these locations, the Ross Street entrance to the County Office Building will be staffed for ballot return by election division employees starting October 28. Beginning on that date through Election Day, voters returning ballots at that location will be allowed to park briefly in the Ross Street lane nearest the County Office Building.

On Friday, October 31, the Ross Street entrance will be open for ballot return from 8:30 AM to 7 PM. On Saturday and Sunday, November 1 and 2, the Ross Street entrance will be open for ballot return from 9 AM to 5PM. On Monday, November 3, the Ross Street entrance will be open from 8:30 AM to 7 PM. On Election Day, ballots may be returned at the Ross Street entrance from 7 AM to 8 PM. Voters in line to return a ballot at 8 PM will be allowed to do so.

Again, please remember:

1. Photography and filming inside of voting and ballot return locations is prohibited.

2. Voters may return only their own ballots. No one may return a ballot for another voter unless they also provide a completed designated agent form.
